Welcome to yubuy®! yubuy® is a trading platform owned by Fast yubuy, S.A. (yubuy®), through which users can purchase products and services offered by third parties (“Partners”) through the main television operators in Portugal, mobile apps and internet websites.
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products or services. Ordering products or services using yubuy® platform implies the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. yubuy® reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without previous notice. The last version will be published on the following page www.yubuy.tv.
Products and prices
Prices and other conditions are defined with the respective partner. yubuy® will make every effort to ensure that the information displayed is error-free. In case of errors on prices or products characteristics, yubuy® will correct them as soon as possible and shall not be liable, unless the errors are directly attributable to yubuy®. Prices and products specifications in yubuy® platform are subject to change without previous notice. All prices listed include VAT.
Orders are also subject to the Terms and Conditions of the respective Partner. The compliance of products or services ordered is solely and exclusively responsibility of Partners. Any complaint, question or other matter related to the product or service, should be addressed directly to them. yubuy® is available to mediate or facilitate any clarification or help in resolving any problems.
Placing an order
For some Partners, users can only place an order within a pre-determined period of time. In these cases the respective information is presented during the purchase process. If it is not possible to satisfy the order under the conditions presented, even in cases beyond yubuy®, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
To cancel an order, the user should call yubuy® customer support line, and have the order number and tax identification number. Customer support line: 218 299 001.
The order will be shipped after payment confirmation and in accordance with deadlines indicated during the purchase process. yubuy® will make every effort to ensure that the rules and deadlines are met, ensuring that the payment to the Partner will be made after delivery confirmation or rendering of the Service ordered. In cases of food at home orders payment can be made directly to the provider at the time of delivery of food at home.
Depending on each partner, the customer may choose the following payment methods: ATM- payment via home banking, mobile app or ATM; MB WAY – SIBS application; payment against delivery (with debit card or cash). For ATM payment the user will be informed of the Entity, Reference and Amount to pay during purchase process, and will have up to 72 hours to proceed with payment. After that time, if the order has not been paid, it will be cancelled. The order will be shipped after payment confirmation. In cases of food at home orders, payment can be made at the time of delivery of food at home.
Privacy and personal data
User’s personal data – name, contact, tax number and address – will be shared by yubuy® with the Partner for purposes of delivery and billing of products or services. All personal data will exclusively be used in processes related to the ordering and delivery of products and services. By accepting the Terms and Conditions of yubuy®, users agree that the data may also be used for sending information about yubuy®, particularly about new Partners, products and services. User may always, and in accordance with the legislation, cancel this authorization.
Customer will use the app carefully, pledging not to:
- Use yubuy® content in any illegal, spiteful, violent, discriminatory or offensive way or associate it with images or other contents that are illegal, spiteful, violent, discriminatory or offensive.
- Send comments, suggestions, opinions, or any other contents that are illegal, spiteful, violent, discriminatory, offensive or that may break into the privacy of others, or contents that you have no copyrights.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Eliminate, copy, edit, modify, compromise, make unauthorized copies or use illegally any brands, logos, names, domains from brands other than yubuy®, its partners or third parties that have rights over the contents provided in yubuy®
- Sign in yubuy® platform with the PIN of others.
- Delete, damage, destroy or eliminate contents provided in yubuy® platform or remove any copyrights, commercial brand or property rights.
- Introduce viruses or other content that may destroy or disturb the normal use of the App, or other file/code that may interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any equipment or system.
yubuy® is integrated with the TV operator purchase system, allowing users to use their PIN code to control order confirmation.
